Terrible company

Terrible company. I had had 5 or 6 loans previously with Varooma. All paid in full and on time. Therefore, assumed it would of been a foregone conclusion that I would get another. Yes all was good, signed all the forms, everything was A ok, Sue the lady based in North wales assured me you will call it through to the office for finalisation and I would receive the money in my bank account 1 to 2 hours later. After six phones calls from Sue, attempting to clarify my income she finally sumits the paper work to office. Still not heard anything!!! So I call the office no the loan has been refused!!!!!!refused!!!! I earn more now then I ever did and my car is worth more!!!! Be warned if you ever have dealing with Sue from North Wales (who by the way, made me meet her at her!!!! local petrol station! Instead over coming to my address be very very aware) also the usually very very helpful guys at the office, have let me down in a very bad way this time. I will say no more to the person I am blaming, just don’t use this company as their employees are incompetent!!!!! This was a very short term loan to cover until my next pay day for an emergency. Shame on you Varooma and Sue!!!!!! Reviewed on: 13th September 2019
