Could do better !

After an accident velosure did all the repairs to my bike and paid for the replacement items damaged but I had to really chase this to make it happen. Then on renewal’s time my price went though the roof even though it was a no fault accident with a van driver hitting me off. The follow up on personal cover has been non existent so I’ve received no payment for my injuries Personally I’ve avoided returning to them. when comparing Velosure to other companies in the market they stand out by virtue of their sensible offering which reflects their experience in this specialised insurance field. Their policy is a balanced mix of shared risk and cost. Suited me anyway after I had looked at the other market leaders, I liked the personal responsibility aspect. Reviewed on: 31st August 2022
