Was a bit unsure of whether I needed specialist cycle insurance, but the person I spoke to explained all the things that my home insurance does not cover me for. Excellent customer service without being pushy and a great price too! Reviewed on: 14th September 2016

Low cost and good service

I've insured all 3 of my bikes, and on my renewal saved a packet as they changed their multi bike policies. I spoke with Linda who helped my add a bike on my renewal and talked me through everything. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 13th September 2016

Velosure had been recommended to me and I found that the member of staff (Linda) who dealt with my enquiry was very knowledgeable & able to answer all my questions. The quotation she gave me was also very competitive and the policy details covered all likely eventualities. She had a caring & friendly attitude and was not at all pushy, a pleasure to deal with..
