I was first introduced to velosure at a bike show and took out a policy with them as soon as I got home! They're customer service is brilliant, the staff are very friendly and always helpful. The policy itself covers everything I'll ever need + more, so I'm always happy knowing that if something does go wrong, I'll be covered! Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

I've just renewed my cycle insurance with Velosure for the 3rd Consecutive Year; as always the renewal was very straightforward indeed; and handled expertly by their excellent staff. Each year that I have insured my bikes with Velosure; they have increased their levels of cover and innovatively streamlined their policies to add value that cyclists need. Fortunately I have not yet needed to make a claim (and long may that continue) but I have no doubts that should that need arise; then it would be handled professionally and expediently by the team at Velosure. The best I have experienced

I have been riding in and around London for few years now and it goes with saying have had couple of incidents where i had to fall back on velosure insurance. First occasion was a claim which was completed in days after i finished my paper work. The second one was velosure legal who pitched in for compensation and this too was completed without much hasssles. I will recommend them throughly to everyone. Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

helpful, flexible, reasonably priced and friendly

Upgraded my bike before the end of my policy, dealt with in one phone call with a minimum of fuss. Checked around before I renewed and the cost was significantly lower than their competition. Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

Very cost effective high end bike cover

Delighted this year my premium went down due to Velosure being innovative and basing premiums on value of bikes taken away from the home rather than insuring all bikes I own when in reality I only ride one at once! Great idea and kept my business with them. Reviewed on: 15th September 2016
