Really easy to deal with

Phoned up to get a quote, got great advise and after a few friends recommend them I new I made the right choice. They kept to there word and had no issues when I had a crash. Phoned up filled in the paper work and they kept in touch to make sure all my issues were sorted in a timely fashion. Happy to recommend them to anyone for hassle free peace of mind. I take my bike when travelling and Velosure are the only insurer I could find who will insure it while I am travelling. All the rest said if the bike (in its bike box) is away from my home it has to be locked to something immovable, difficult in a plane hold. They cover the bike box as well for free. When I took out the insurance they were helpful as I needed to discuss additions, e.g. Garmin, etc. A great service and a product that reflects reality. Reviewed on: 15th September 2016

Excellent service, start to finish

I have to store my ebike in a wooden building, not covered by the standard terms of insurance. However, Velosure were happy to discuss, consider and accept my suggested work-around to ensure that the machine is securely locked to an immovable object - the building(!) Great Cover, Great Value, Quality Product Sold By Quality People

Had an incident with a local bus driver who failed to see me at the lights, cut me up and I came off my bike. Velosure came to my rescue, my bike and equipment settled within days ( really good people who knew exactly what my bike was and what gear needed to be replaced). I would really recommend anyone looking for top notch cycle insurance to take cover out with these people Reviewed on: 14th September 2016
