Good, quick service

Velosure helped me recover the costs of my damaged bike following an accident when a car knocked me off. They were very helpful and quickly ensured my claim was processed quickly. I received a payment for my damaged bike, clothes etc. in a few days! Reviewed on: 25th July 2019

Good cover, economical premium

Having compared several e-bike comprehensive policies, I judged that the level of cover was very good in terms of the economical premium. The telephone support was good, and they send a renewal reminder in plenty of time, but I have deducted a star for the need to telephone the insurer each year to actually purchase the renewal. The best cycle insurance around

After having a nasty accident last October on the bike, I found velosure so helpful in replacing my written off bike. Having also broke my shoulder in the accident, they also out me in touch with their legal team to go for a claim. I can't recommend velosure enough, and now I'm back on the bike I wouldn't be without them. Reviewed on: 24th July 2019
