Fast and efficient when it really counts - when you are unfortunate enough to make a claim. Renewals and policy changes are simple and customer services are helpful setting up multi-cycle family insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2019

I always recommend VELOSURE to

Thankfully up to now, I've had no need for Velosure's assistance. My electric bike is attractive and people often admire the bike. Whilst talking about the benefits of an electric bike, I always tell them as well about my wonderful bike insurance that I have. Knowing I have Velosure insurance and bike rescue gives me peace of mind whilst cycling. If they are a cyclist and they don't have insurance, I always recommend they have a look at the Velosure website to see the benefits and seek a quote. Thank you very much Velosure for being there. Fantastic service!

Had a nasty crash which wrote off an expensive carbon frame plus helmet and clothing ( cut off by paramedics) . Velosure paid for a new frame and kit very quickly without a quibble. Excellent outcome to a distressing event. Would recommend them to anyone who needs bike insurance. Be crazy not to have it really. Reviewed on: 29th July 2019
