I've used Velosure for a couple of years now and each time I have dealt with them, its honestly been the most transparent, easy transactions for insurance, I've ever known. Their policies cover all aspects of races, general storage, rider safety that I need and they are quick to help whenever needed. I had to create my 1st claim this year, following an accident and they have been 100% on the ball with all interactions and made the settlement process really easy. Velosure very helpful staff who will Guide you through the process of what you need in your insurance saving time and money with there experience and knowledge they seem to cover all the aspects of cycling from racing to just taking your best bike away on holiday for some fun in the sun. Quick, friendly service.

The lady who dealt with my claim was friendly and efficient throughout. She called me when things needed clarifying thus avoiding long email chains. The insurance side of my claim has been quick to process, I just wish the bike manufacturer would respond as quickly! Will use again. Reviewed on: 18th August 2017
