If ever I have had any issues I have been able to phone through & get to speak to someone who was able to help me. ITs good that they are local & they have a couple of offices near by too. Love the staff in the Reddish branch. I have been saving for myself, my kids, grandkids and nephew and nieces for about 20 years. It's unfortunate that they are open less and I do find it difficult to get in on their opening hours. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025
