it is only a neutral review for Customer service because I haven't had the need to use it. This is mainly down to the fact that everything is so easy to set up. I'm a relatively new customer but so far I'm very happy with my experience. Great interest rate but that's not the only reason I signed up. I like the company ethos and message as well. Very happy with Vernon

The savings rates are good, I also had my help to buy ISA with Vernon which was the best option around. The customer service is great. Although when closing my Help to Buy the member of staff did make a mistake with my balance, but he was new so understandable and easily fixed. Overall, very happy with Vernon. Have always helped in terms of savings since I was born. Have provided help and information to my family but also myself since I have grown older and taken on my savings myself. They provided good updates on changes in interest rates and how they can help regarding mortgages etc but their online platform has been great in terms of easy access to information, savings and being able to contact them via their messaging platform.
