I went into my local branch ask what savings rates they have. I was given a list so I proceeded to open an online account as this had the highest interest rate. It was all very easy and felt quite personal to me. Reviewed on: 19th November 2024

I came in distressed today on a personal bank issue with my son's account (this is now getting resolved). I was upset and talked about it to Joy and Jo. They were both fabulous with me and were very helpful. I then sat with Jo to go over some savings accounts. The time she put in to help me was priceless. I see Jo at Marple too and she is outstanding and a great credit to Vernon Building Society. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff and help. Reviewed on: 24th October 2024
