We've been account holders for over 40 years. Your representative Megan was pleasant, welcoming and extremely efficient. Made us aware of other financial opportunities. Website doesn't indicate that grandparents can open an account. They have passbooks and this swung my choice of Building Society, although not the best interest rates. Vernon Building Society is local. Reviewed on: 25th October 2023
