The Vernon sets the standard in customer care

I have been a customer of the Vernon for many years and I love the fact that you can always speak to someone rather than a recorded message. In short you get good old fashioned customer service! The way we all want to be treated. All other banks and BS's should take a leaf out of The Vernon's book. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022

Poor opening hours

"The Vernon Building Society always put the needs of the customer first" What a waste of time. About time you opened back up on a Saturday for working people that cannot get to bank during the very limited time you are open. Reviewed on: 31st August 2022
