Excellent local service

The Vernon branch is local to me and this is so important to many older people who do not bank online. The friendliness of the staff and helpful manner of all the staff makes it a pleasure to bank there. Any questions are answered and explanations are given clearly face to face. It all makes saving at the Vernon an easy and straight forward experience. I can pop in with my book while out shopping or going to the cafe nearby. My book is updated immediately for me to see. The savings products are reasonably competitive and saves time trying to jump through hoops on comparison websites just to get the odd pound more in interest. Another good thing about the Vernon having local branches is that they provide employment for people in the local area. Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Excellent

Whe we arrived for the 3pm appointment in Marple the lady (Chris S) informed us that some staff were off ill & that the appointment wasn't in the diary - her response and service was excellent and she couldn't do enough to fit us in. 5* Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Local BS great service
