Professional and friendly

Visited Bramhall branch to open an account for my aged mother who has dementia, via a Power of Attorney that I have in place. I was expecting there to be some issues but Neil Heppenstall, the Manager, made the whole process very straightforward and hassle free. Thank you Neil Reviewed on: 4th June 2018
