Great, no problems.

Great, no problems. The savings account has a great rate and was super easy to open and manage. I’m happy it’s via a website and I’m not forced to download an app. I like having my banking off my phone. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026

Local presence

I like the fact that the Vernon has local high street presence and you can speak to real people face to face. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel like a friend rather than just another customer. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026

10/10, no complaints

I have been using Vernon Building Society for a number of years & the only possible complaint I could have had was that you couldn't veiw your accounts online. I no longer have this complaint as I can now veiw everything online & everything else was already great. 10/10 no complaints. Reviewed on: 13th January 2026
