Excellent customer service

Savings Interest rates are ok but could be higher, especially for ISAs. Customer service is excellent on the phone and in branch. Need a mobile app, or at least a mobile friendly website - doesn’t display correctly on an iPhone SE3 and the cookies options aren’t accessible - attempting to set cookie preferences leads to being unable to log in. Also doesn’t accept copy and paste of OTP from messages. Reviewed on: 29th January 2025

Excellent customer care and service

Vernon is local for me, unlike most banks they are still there. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very prompt in replying to any emails and answering any questions or concerns you may have. Great service overall and hope they continue to stay for a long time to come. If ever I have had any issues I have been able to phone through & get to speak to someone who was able to help me. ITs good that they are local & they have a couple of offices near by too.
