Great, Trustworthy Insurance

Veygo are very fairly priced, allowing people the opportunity to learn to drive. The communication from the company is impeccable, and any email I have sent has been replied to within an hour (permitting it was sent within business hours). I’ve had experience with a good few insurance companies but Veygo is by far the best. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Easy Sign Up, Painful Claims Process, Cancelled without Reason

It is now 6+ weeks after my daughter who is learning to drive, accidently reversed into a stone wall. We provided Veygo with a clear, quote and pictures of the damage. No third party was involved. This should have been a STRAIGHT FORWARD claim to process. Weeks later I'm STILL waiting to hear back from them to accept the quote. In the meantime they have unilaterally cancelled my daughter's insurance! It was only by luck I found the email stopping the insurance renewal otherwise she would have been driving uninsured. Awful experience. Still don't know if/when I can get the car fixed. I now have to go searching for other insurance. Reviewed on: 27th November 2023

Passed my test!

Great insurance for whenever I wanted to borrow my mums car, can honestly say the practice on my mums car helped me pass my test! Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

applied for my son to get temporary insurance for provisional driving. can't insure him.

total waste of time. gave a quote. completed info. Clean provisional. then right at the end after taking all details says can't cover. I wouldn't waste my time with this lot. garbage product. Reviewed on: 12th September 2022

Significantly cheaper for learning to drive

Buying 2 hour policies every Saturday and Sunday works out significantly cheaper than the £1,200 I needed to pay for an annual policy. Important for young people learning to driv.e. Even more important now that the cost of living is increasing Reviewed on: 11th August 2022

Very bad/ no customer service

Customer service is miserable, because an accident happened( other driver took full responsibility, he crashed into parked car) we weren’t able to insure again. Unfriendly customer service that didn’t even try to help. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
