Travel Insurance Claim Not Paid. I made a claim for a changed flight. Voyager employed a loss adjuster who declared my claim was invalid. Reviewed on: 13th August 2026

I have bought the annual insurance cover for the family. It was a great service in terms of communicating all of the details of the insurance and going through all that is and is not covered. Having had an accident in 2020, Voyager were brilliant.
