Don't get old.....Don't claim.

Cover increasingly difficult for pensioners, no annual policies, only limited maximum stays allowed, and very pricey! First claim I have ever in my life was rejected (of course). All correct but details buried in 22 pages of 'small print'. By the way, processing time for a claim is a month or longer. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Straightforward process and very competitive rates.

Booking insurance is very straightforward but is thorough. For example, medical conditions are listed and you can simply select those applicable and the costs of cover are then added. Customer support, when needed has been excellent. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
