I haven’t needed pet insurance for a few years and remember cancelling my previous pets policy because it felt utterly pointless with having so many exclusions. So to my surprise when looking for a new policy for our new pup I came across Waggel, all online, easy to select appropriate cover and no random or weird exclusions! Hurrah! Friendly, efficient, fit for purpose

I was recommended Waggel from a friend for my new puppy. For someone who hasn't had to go through the hassle of insuring a pet before, Andrew from Waggel made my life so much easier.. answering every little question with patience and knowledge. The dashboard is so simple and easy to see what your cover is, how much you've used (if you need to claim) and certainly puts my mind at rest knowing my pup has great cover. I've only been with Waggel for a few months , but have been impressed with the add-ons, such as vouchers, advice and free stuff. I haven't made any claims, so can't comment on the claims experience, but the premium was very competitive. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

They were so helpful when I had to make a claim - very quick and easy to deal with, no streams of complicated systems or paperwork to get treatment approved and paid for, plus - they were friendly!
