Quick, simple and most importantly affordable

I intially tried Waggel because they support Dogs on the Streets charity, being one of the early customers I had a discount and to be honest was expecting a big increase in the second years premium. How wrong was I?!! Although I had a claim in the first year, my renewal was a pleasant suprise, no nasty, excessive increase and the claim was dealt with very quickly, unlike insurance companies I have been with in the previous 20 years. As it was my first time taking out pet insurance, I was doing a lot of homework and found clauses and and general documents quite opaque and confusing. I found Waggel straightforward and uncomplicated - clauses were explained effectively and the flexibility of being able to change around premiums without a very lengthy process attached was also very handy! The team are friendly and know their stuff, and able to talk you through any processes that might not seem to clear. Clear and concise

I haven’t needed pet insurance for a few years and remember cancelling my previous pets policy because it felt utterly pointless with having so many exclusions. So to my surprise when looking for a new policy for our new pup I came across Waggel, all online, easy to select appropriate cover and no random or weird exclusions! Hurrah! Friendly, efficient, fit for purpose

I was recommended Waggel from a friend for my new puppy. For someone who hasn't had to go through the hassle of insuring a pet before, Andrew from Waggel made my life so much easier.. answering every little question with patience and knowledge. The dashboard is so simple and easy to see what your cover is, how much you've used (if you need to claim) and certainly puts my mind at rest knowing my pup has great cover. They were so helpful when I had to make a claim - very quick and easy to deal with, no streams of complicated systems or paperwork to get treatment approved and paid for, plus - they were friendly!
