Modern Minded Simple to use pet insurance

After tons of research Waggel came out on top with great reviews for a straightforward modern minded insurance company. Thankfully we haven’t had to claim on the policy but I feel assured that should we need to then it would be plain sailing :) Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Waggel have demystified the world of insurance and have a wonderfully approachable manner to their service. Having gone through our tragic and unexpected loss of my puppy recently, they have made the process of following up on pet insurance one less difficult thing to think about. Pet-Driven Insurance! Novel & Client Focused!

Waggle provides me with a new and “me focused” insurance experience. Pet not premium focused, including those exclusions you see with other insurers (e.g. dental - which people see as still for pets but trust me can be a nightmare!) and giving me confidence I will be covered if the worst happens. Different way of looking at things

Waggel is a breath of fresh air, they know my pets name and are genuine pet lovers, I’ve had a video call with the CEO to give feedback, there is a Facebook group, they’ve posted my pet on their insta (with permission) they have great offers and discounts for members, dedicated support who genuinely care and free vet consultations - what more could you want! Super simple online dashboard and clear direction for innovation to make insuring your pet clearer, simpler and more tech friendly. Many other insurers are just a name and a piece of paper you get no real feeling that they are there for you. Waggel has really shown me how insurance for you beloved pets should be! Incredibly Easy Pet Insurance!

Waggel is the best pet insurance company I’ve ever used. It’s so easy and makes asking questions about claims or policies super easy. The chat function is a total game changer and is a far cry from the typical automated response and “20-minutes on hold” experience that other insurance policies have. Highly recommend Waggel to anyone who is tired of feeling like insurance companies are purposefully being confusing or vague.
