I have been a customer of Waggel for very long, but so far it's been great. Sign-up was quick and easy, information was clear and concise and I was able to adjust the cover to fit my budget. Would set recommend Waggel as this company is a breath of fresh air in a world where it feels like everyone is trying to pull a fast one and bury the ts&cs in a mountain of complicated language and fine print. Spot on insurance

So I’m a new customer and cannot comment on making a claim but was recommended Waggel by a friend who said it was an easy experience at a difficult time. My recommendation comes from the easy to understand process of taking our insurance. So complicated elsewhere but the sliding calculator and explanations at every step of the way made it a doddle. Plus the dashboard has great perks for pets and humans alike. I’ve already used a consultation with a dog nutritionist that was really helpful. And finally they were the cheapest for the level of cover I required, what’s not to like!! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Gives me peace of mind

FINALLY! An insurance company that uses the latest tech to deliver. No more sitting waiting on the phone in a queue, when you can use their purpose built app to make any changes or submit a claim. Competively priced too, couldn't recommend Waggel enough, good work! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
