Very simple does what it says

Simple and easy to use. Does what it says, making a claim is simple an takes minutes. Rewards are great an there’s a lot of options and discounts available. Prices are competitive, I have a greyhounds an usually this means expensive insurance but waggle are very affordable. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

An insurance which actually provides peace of mind

We adopted a pug x shitzu, Rodney, just before lockdown & he has really been such a gift of life. We wanted to ensure that we provide the best for him (not just the general good, treats, toys etc), but also the best insurance cover we could get at the best price. That’s where Waggel came in; after much searching and reading Waggel came back with the most comprehensive cover, although only slightly more expensive (literally pence in it - but in these times we find ourselves pennies are ever more important), we decided to go with it. Since then we have used the service when Rodney suddenly became poorly. One episode he was worryingly poorly, I logged a video call with first vet (a service that comes free with the insurance) & within minutes I received a call from a vet advising me to get Rodney to his registered vet & nit to wait for the video call. She was so reassuring at a time that I really was worried, Rodney was floppy and not breathing properly. But after this ordeal Rodney is back to his cheeky self (7 months & full of life). For this reason alone I knew that we had chosen the right insurer. So not only is the cover excellent with a very reasonable excess, the app that you get is also helpful and full of info and competitions to enter (our Rodney loves a new you or treat so fingers crossed for us this time). Amazing

Clear, Easy and Flexible

I chose Waggel as their site was easy to understand and didn't ask too many complicated questions like what breed my mongrel is. I liked that I ould easily move up and down the cover and excess scale so I could tailor make an affordable policy for me. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020
