Lack of information for brand new dog owners

They should really inform you that the insurance kicks in two weeks after sign up. It should be stated when you buy it. Otherwise you walk around believing your dog is insured when it isn’t. We never had a dog before so this was very new to us. Have also tried to ask if we can adjust our policy to suit our needs better, but they didn’t really respond well. I’m not sure what’s better with their insurance than other policies. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Fun and friendly insurance

We were recommended Waggel through Wild at Heart foundation, the charity that we rescued our dog through. Waggel appear to care a lot about the wellbeing of animals and create lots of fun initiatives to support animals within and outside their community. Reviewed on: 18th August 2020

Not just insurance, so much more!

The insurance side was easy, but that’s not even the best perk! The newsletter each month is great with lots of info. There’s lots of discounts at independent retailers, which is great to find unique treats and gifts for your pet, and by supporting a small business.
