No hassle with Waggel. We recently had a claim very shortly after switching from a previous insurer and were worried about technicalities and potential problems. These never arose and the claim was quick, easy and stress free. Top stuff! :-) Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Lifetime pet insurance

Innovative company, super easy sign up and a great alternative for doggies who may need ongoing tests due to underlying conditions which can prove very expensive with other insurance companies. Other companies have 'per conditon' clauses that means if there's another issue with the same organ it's all bundled up with the same initial issue. Waggel has a lifetime cover. Also a very good online portal where you can see all the details of your policy. Huge step up from their competitors where you have to call them and sit on the line for half an age. Trustworthy & Transparent - A Rarity!

Waggel's customer service is great - friendly, straightforward and no business-speak! I've had to use them a few times since I started my policy and often wondered what the catch was, but there isn't one! In a world of distrust within insurance/finance companies these guys standout because they keep the customer at the forefront and care about the way they work.
