Lifetime pet insurance

Innovative company, super easy sign up and a great alternative for doggies who may need ongoing tests due to underlying conditions which can prove very expensive with other insurance companies. Other companies have 'per conditon' clauses that means if there's another issue with the same organ it's all bundled up with the same initial issue. Waggel has a lifetime cover. Also a very good online portal where you can see all the details of your policy. Huge step up from their competitors where you have to call them and sit on the line for half an age. Trustworthy & Transparent - A Rarity!

Waggel's customer service is great - friendly, straightforward and no business-speak! I've had to use them a few times since I started my policy and often wondered what the catch was, but there isn't one! In a world of distrust within insurance/finance companies these guys standout because they keep the customer at the forefront and care about the way they work. Seamless service, a pleasure to use!

Flexible, affordable and great customer service

Recommended by a friend and we both got 1 months free cover. My insurance renewal for Carlos the Boxer increased by 150% with More Than after a relatively small claim. The flexibility that Waggel offers means I can choose the amount of cover and what I can afford to pay. I will definitely by swapping Wally the Boxer and Sasha the Jack Russell to Waggel when their renewals are due. Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

So many extras

Not complex, user friendly interface

This is my first pet and I’ve not taken out pet insurance before - the reason we chose Waggel was because it was easy to understand and easy to get a quote and seemed easier and more in tune with modern life than the competitors. Only made one claim so far and it was very easy and no fuss. The website is easy to use and useful additions such as free access to video calls with vets.
