I have never had to claim but the app has lots of easy to use features and the insurance price is competitive. Love the fact we can have a vet video call if needed. Gives us peace of mind!! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Its the perks for me, the ability to facetime a vet at any time free of charge and get reassurance for any concerns. The really easy hassle free sign up, and the outstanding customer service, the no commitment standing order. I mean this is exactly my perfect kind of insurer... really happy I chose them.
