I was sceptical about using an online insurance for my dog, but am delighted with service which is much better than previous insurance company who I was with. You also receive the additional benefit of perks and discount vouchers which I haven't been offered in the past. It's nice to feel wanted! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Having been very much put off insurance for my animals because when push comes to shove they tend to wriggle out, I thought I’d put my faith in this start up. So glad I did!! I had to make a claim for one of my dogs only a month after I started the policy and they paid without any quibbles. I was so impressed! Customer service is excellent, the policy is clear to read.
