Having been very much put off insurance for my animals because when push comes to shove they tend to wriggle out, I thought I’d put my faith in this start up. So glad I did!! I had to make a claim for one of my dogs only a month after I started the policy and they paid without any quibbles. I was so impressed! Customer service is excellent, the policy is clear to read. Brilliant company. Straight forward, transparent, easy to navigate and understand with excellent customer service. I searched through so many insurance companies, feeling very nervous as it'd be my first pet insurance ever, but I feel confident, protected and well taken care of being signed up to Waggel, and so does my puppy!
