Brilliant company. Straight forward, transparent, easy to navigate and understand with excellent customer service. I searched through so many insurance companies, feeling very nervous as it'd be my first pet insurance ever, but I feel confident, protected and well taken care of being signed up to Waggel, and so does my puppy! Simple, Easy Registration and Good Value

First time we’ve ever insured a pet, so took our time evaluating the various providers, policies and types of cover, costs, and (most importantly) customer reviews re service, before deciding on Waggel. Quick and simple registration and friendly voice on the phone. Can’t stretch to full five stars until and unless we ever have to claim (and hopefully we will never need to), but until then, very happy with Waggel! Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Better than the majority of insurance companies

Waggel are helpful, kind, caring of your pets and Don not appear “money grabbing”. They consider each case carefully and are more likely to pay out for things that some other insurance companies say a flat no, to. Their customer service is outstanding and they are incredible at keeping the owners up to date with their company “goings on”, changes in terms, changes in legislation, and have a whole range of “fun” additions that other insurance companies don’t even bother with. I don’t think I’ll ever change companies ever again, regardless of my aging pups. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020
