Great totally transparent and fantastic access

Overwhelmed with the process of insuring a pet simply and without the reams of questions from other insurers. Very simple to understand how the system works and great app controlled account, benefits of having a vet nurse on hand and a video on demand calls if required a massive bonus. They have really caught the idea of remotely tackling this using all the current IT solutions. Great Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Only just bought insurance from them but I had total control on how much cover I wanted and the cost , it was so easy to set up and understand unlike other insurers, only thing I could say for improvement would be to create an app so as in an emergency it was all accessible easier.
