We insured our Dachshund with Waggel and after only a few weeks of taking out the policy he developed IVDD which required an operation. Waggel paid for the surgery directly without any fuss or hassle. Would recommend Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Fab customer service and great cover!

Having been a customer of another insurance provider for many years, I was nervous about changing to another provider that was so much cheaper! You get what you pay for right? But I was wrong. Great and efficient service

I was shopping around looking at the different offers for insurance. I came across Waggel. A customer champion emailed me straight away offering to help. I am so happy that Vet video calls is included I get so anxious getting my cat into a carrier this is going lift a massive weight off my shoulders !!!!!!!! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Waggel is super easy to use from the beginning. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I have no doubt it will be a simple process if I do. The website is well made and the rewards you can get are thoughtful. Overall a great company. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
