Waggel is super easy to use from the beginning. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I have no doubt it will be a simple process if I do. The website is well made and the rewards you can get are thoughtful. Overall a great company. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Brilliant service.. so far so good!

I’ve only been with Waggel for a few months, but I’m really impressed. I’ve been able to VERY easily manage my account, payments and policy online as well as take advantage of the brilliant additions they have to offer. I’ve had a virtual behaviour consultation with a vet which was so helpful and I’m definitely going to book more. ..all for a reasonable cost. In the past I have just clicked one of the inexpensive pet insurance companies and lost out as didn't read small print - dental / only cover certain amount.
