Pet insurance should be easy

When we got our puppy the big pet insurance providers made everything so complicated. It wasn’t about cost for us - we just wanted to know what we were covered for and what we weren’t. Waggel made it so simple. There was no grey and we know exactly where we stand should we need our insurance. I would always recommend Waggel because I appreciate what they are trying to do and their service has been faultless. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Signing up was a clear and seamless process. The information was transparent and I liked that you had different options/can easily select and tailor the plan based on your pet's needs and circumstances. I also found Waggel to be competitively priced and was encouraged by other positive reviews mentioning how good the service was. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Straightforward and friendly

Signing up to Waggel couldn’t be easier, and I got peace of mind right away that my cat was covered according to my needs. There are quite a few options, so it was no problem to choose something that fit my budget and requirements. All in all, Waggel is a nice modern, user-friendly way to arrange insurance and I’m totally happy with the experience. Having access to free video calls with a vet is also a big plus, and I’ve made use of this during lockdown. Top marks. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Best Pet Insurance I've ever had!

So impressed with the service I have received so far from Waggel. The whole process from quotation to set up was simple and the additional benefits are a major plus. I've already benefited from the free vet video calls which has probably already saved me a fair bit of money as I'd have taken my pup to the vets if this wasn't available to me. There are also a number of other benefits which I'm yet to take advantage of. I can't speak for the claiming process. Hopefully I never have to find out about that. I like the personal touches the sign up emails and having your own dedicated person. It makes you feel like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

While most insurance companies put profit above customer experience, Waggel care and go above and beyond to delight their customers. Most companies hide behind insurance T & C’s, Waggel don’t. Fast, efficient online platform, no form filling or on hold to call centres. Well done Waggel, you deserve this award & recognition. Reviewed on: 12th August 2020

Amazing! Fast! With the Times!

I only took my insurance out in May & received 1 month free. I had a couple of friends sign up with my link and have received a further 2 months free! Unfortunately I have had to claim for my puppy and the claim was all done online through the portal & received to my bank within 14 days. Couldn't recommend Waggel enough, a "with the times" insurance company. So many benefits too, competitions and money off vouchers at pet stores! Reviewed on: 12th August 2020
