I have never been able to save money. It's fantastic that during the cost-of-living crisis of all times, I have finally managed to start saving by using chorus, their workplace saving scheme. It just becomes automatic and I don't have to give it a second's thought. Reviewed on: 30th June 2023

Due to a dip in my mental health and wellbeing, I had managed to lock myself out of the Members Area. I tried several times to figure it out by myself and just became more and more frustrated. Eventually I contacted Wave Bank and explained the problem and the negative impact the problem was having on me. The person who made contact with me absolutely excelled all barriers to guide me through the process, what my first course of action was, including updating my address, password, finding the missing account and resetting my password. Although it took some time to get everything back up and running, the staff member kept me updated, explained in an easy-to-understand way each step etc. I am so grateful to them for helping to reduce my anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed.
