Friendly and well informed staff

Medical screening made easy, lots of questions but sensible ones. Premiums reflect the screening they are very competitive and much better than some of the companies that I tried. Staff seemed well trained and helpful Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Fair pricing

I tried over twenty insurance companies and they were all between £1800 and £4000. World First came up on an aside and I couldn't believe how reasonable they were. I took the policy and have recommended them to three of my friends. Reviewed on: 9th August 2019

Amazing service for people with pre-existing medical conditions.

I buy the annual policy from World First as it's always good value for money and keeps me covered throughout the year no matter where I go. The service is first class and I often wonder how they manage to keep the policy costs so low but don't tell them or they'll probably increase the prices! The quotation over the phone process takes a while but they're thorough and I'm confident that I'll be covered in the event of an emergency so it's well worth the time spent. Great service

Have used world first twice for annual cover and despite complex medical issues they were helpful, understanding and gave great advice, no pressure was put on me and I was able to add my husband (who is healthy) for just a small extra cost! Peace of mind all round. Reviewed on: 9th August 2019

Fantastic travel insurance

After getting quotes from a few other companies that was costing more than the holiday itself ,I found out about world first and the quote I got for a single trip then decided to get one for the year which I took because it was only costing another £15 so the yearly insurance won.Ive also recommended world first to alot of my friends and family that have health problems.
