Friendly and well informed staff

First class service and cheapest I was offered anywhere

Was pleased to have found World first online. Having had previous health issues, which by the time of my travel was pretty much resolved. My husband and myself were covered for our holiday of a lifetime which included a Caribbean Cruise. We were able to travel with peace of mind knowing that all our needs were covered. I have since recommended World First go an elderly friend who is travelling to Canada and got insured for about a third of the price that he was quoted from some other companies. Honest, clear, concise, efficient and viable.

Easy, polite, responsive and fair.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy. There was advisors on hand who could advise me with what I was looking for who were not pushy and listened to what I wanted. Low premiums easy management

Used world first travel insurance for my 4 month trip around South America. As well as having the lowest premiums with reasonable excesses, my cover was easy to manage when I extended my trip. Full comprehensive cover

I had a liver transplant in June 2018 and have been to unwell to travel up until then. I live going away and World First has made this affordable and possible by providing excellent travel insurance that includes my transplant at an affordable premium.
