I rang World First for a travel insurance for my husband and myself both have medical conditions, they covered all our conditions and were very professional and helpful. World first ; first class !!

Having Pancreatic cancer, which also caused Type 1 diabetes following surgery, the quotes I received from others were ridiculously eye watering. I came across this company by way of being mentioned on the “money saving expert” page. The telephone service that I have received has been very conscientious, friendly and reassuring. The actual premium paid for like for like (or better) was incredibly good value and the couple of modifications that I have reported have been quickly resolved. Will definitely be using them again in the future when looking to renew my annual worldwide cover ; and recommending to friends and family. Thank you. Reviewed on: 6th August 2019

When we needed them they were 100% for us

The last four holidays we have had insurance with World First as when we needed them last year when we had to cancel a holiday they were brilliant and we got our money back with the exception of the excess.
