They have a very professional and bespoke approach to providing insurance for those with medical conditions. Having gathered lots of evidence they provided us with an excellent quote. They have a really user friendly, clear website. Buying my travel insurance from them has always been simple. They accommodate pre existing conditions at a reasonable price which is why I went with them in the first place. When I had to make changes or ask questions, I found their on the phone customer service to be top notch, I was really happy with the service I received when I phoned up so I do recommend them to friends and family. I have a medical condition that means I can't get travel insurance from most companies, and World First provide the best price by a mile. Their service is great as well and I've never had any trouble, even when I've needed to make a claim. Reviewed on: 19th September 2018

I have terrible times being a cancer patient and everyone charging a mountain for my insurance, i was really impressed with all the questions i was asked about my health and my cancer, even questions i didn't think they would ask and thought the cost would be the same as any other provider...but no, i was very surprised at the cost so i insured myself with World First, this now is the only insurance provider i will use. Have Insured through World First for many years,mostly Cruise holidays, they're the lowest price on the market,unfortunately I had to make a claim,it was straight forward.no hassle & the claim was settled in no time.Very very good.I have a string of medical problems from Heart Attack to 2 sort of Cancers,no problem,ALL covered.
