Best preexisting medical insurer!!!!!

By far the best travel insurer for people with preexisting medical conditions.They only ask pertinent questions and don't baffle you with jargon.The whole process is easy to follow which is a godsend and can't commend them highly enough!!! Reviewed on: 4th September 2025

Specific questions

All the other companies asked the same questions and so their quotes were very similar and high! World First has obviously consulted a medical professional because your questions were quite specific and seemed tailored to my pre existing condition. I particularly liked the question 'do you lead a normal life for your age' because I was able to answer 'yes' and so, I believe, this is the reason you were much cheaper than your competitors. Straightforward purchase for a range of needs

Buying the insurance online was really straightforward. I needed to phone to speak to an advisor regarding a query after I'd purchased the product and was disappointed to find that the contact centre is only open 9-5 which is not so convenient for those of us in employment. However, my call was answered with little delay and the advisor was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I hope we don't have need of the insurance but should we, I feel confident that things will be handled well. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2025
