Friendly and well informed staff

Always there when I needed

Last year I started a round the world trip and chose World First insurance. Two weeks later I had to return because of a family problem and they handled everything so quickly. Then I continued travelling and because of COVID had to return 2 months later and once again World First helped me with all the claims I had super easily and quickly. Excellent service

Covered my pre-existing conditions

I suffered a Pulmonary Embolism at the age of 29 and it turns out that I have a genetic predisposition. Ten years later I find that most insurers wouldn't insure me or would cost an arm and a leg but World First was very reasonable. I am very grateful that I could travel to the USA safe in the knowledge that I was fully covered. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
