Friendly and well informed staff

Medical screening made easy, lots of questions but sensible ones. Premiums reflect the screening they are very competitive and much better than some of the companies that I tried. Staff seemed well trained and helpful Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Excellent coverage for pre-existing conditions

As someone with an inactive medical condition, I often find it difficult to get travel insurance that isn't extortionate. By asking what medication I take and a few questions, I was able to get reasonably priced insurance with World First. I always recommend others in the same boat to check them out - excellent service! Refused to reimburse unused insurance

When we were half way through our European trip we had to come home due to covid. Our policy cost us £150 ,and world first refused to refund the unused part as we were 1 day over half way through. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020
