Yonder is what Amex should now aim to be.

I started using Yonder recently as I felt Amex is losing its game with points and becoming quite stale in providing value for money. Yonder is a really nice rewards credit card and the app is very well designed. I find it quite good in terms of the points I have accumulated so far and hopefully will be able to utilise it towards a good holiday or flights. Customer service is very prompt and easy to work with. Biggest challenge would how much of this can Yonder sustain or will it change their point system in future and provide less value for money. Fantastic app & fabulous rewards! Yonder is simple, intuitive and easy to use and has a great selection of rewards to spend your points on. Not only that though, when I first signed up I had some problems verifying some stuff with my bank and the support that i received from the Yonder team was unbelievable!!! Excellent card, great customer service. The UI on the app is amazing, and chat support is super friendly and responsive. Restaurant rewards are a huge plus. Have fully switched from using amex to using yonder as my default card! Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
