I don’t know what I would do without the Croydon Plus Credit Union! I would recommended to everyone including friends and family. Interest rates are quite low and reasonable compared to other loan companies out there. Having the choice to pay loan back of with savings or part of child benefit payments is very helpful and makes a difference. With CCU you don’t feel worried about going into debt because of the flexible options given. It’s an absolute godsend knowing when I am I need for extra cash I can turn to the credit union and won’t be refused. Easy straight forward process, everything is explained well, having the Nivo app to sign loan agreements etc is also really good! I am always able to get in contact with the team by phone when needed and query’s are dealt with in a professional manner. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

I have taken out a loan from more than two times from the credit union, l find that they intreste rates is not too much, and they processed my application within the time limit, they've promised. Everytime l ve got in contact with the staff either on the phone or in person l get the information l need to know before l take out a loan. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
