Customer service is effective LLost my card and report New card was sent to me within days. Always get update on my account. Reminder set for upcoming payment. Set up comfortable payment plan and option to pay more if needed. Increase if credit limit at my own pace Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

Really easy to open an account, and the app is really straightforward to use! I opened an account with them to help build my credit, and so far this has really helped with automatic and low repayments but there is also the option to pay off extra whenever I can, and there is no pressure from them Reviewed on: 15th June 2024

Friendly customer service and communications. Very user friendly interface in the app. Fair credit limits and rates and regular review of affordability / credit limit etc. Useful features in the app including option to freeze, pin details a texts to too up balance to avoid any over limit fees.
