Cash plus keep you well informed of any changes to policies or products. I like the fact that you can use pots on your account so it is easier to put money to oneside, for essesntial bills - HMRC, accountant or insurance that you may only pay annually, I believe thay are adding multiply pots this year, which will be very useful. I like the invoicing option on the account but it has some issues, you can't edit it afterwards if you realise you have made an error, you have to delete it and start again. My previous business account when using the invoicing it was done through a seperate space via main account not on the app, I find it difficult if doing lots of invoices as it keeps timing out, so it gets annoying. I have never had an issues with CashPlus never needed to contact customer services. I also like the fact that you pay an annual fee, much cheaper than what I paid with my previous bank. Thank you. Cashplus are a great bank their charges are very reasonable compared to other banks, their phone app makes banking really easy and anytime I have had any questions about anything concerning my account the customer service line is answered very quickly, all the staff are friendly and they are able to deal with any concerns I have had quickly and efficiently. OK but ...

Service has been efficient. Doing transactions on-line doesn't come very naturally for me, but no doubt that is because of my age. I use the account in my capacity as treasurer for a small voluntary society. Reaching a human staff member to ask for help has sometimes been easy, but I recently spent about an hour on the telephone without getting through; I wanted advice on how to get acceptance and authorisation for an additional signatory (possible successor as treasurer), which didn't seem to be covered in the FAQs on the website, Reviewed on: 20th February 2024
