A bank I am comfortable with.

I have been completely satisfied with the banking service, the App is easy to use and provides me with everything I need. I have only had to phone the bank on two occasions and each time I have spoken to someone who has been able to help me immediately, and I have been able to understand them. Basic, lacks customer focus

1. Charge too much for handling international payments. 2. App is very basic so need to logon to a computer to do most activities. 3. Pays no interest on large bank balances. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
