Perfect for my small business

Good online business banking for small business such as mine. The online platform is user friendly. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Have frozen my business account for 6 months

Cashplus have frozen my business account for 6 months and have been telling me to submit ID, then not reviewing it, telling me to submit it again, still not reviewing it. It was only last month I found out about 5 or 6 different employees were telling me the wrong email address. Managed to speak to a manager 'Callum' who told us wrong information and we are still awaiting our account to be unfrozen. As a small business this is HUGELY damaging and we almost didn't have enough money to pay staff. No one knows what they are talking about and you get different information every time you talk to someone. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Easy to open an account

I was struggling to open a bank account until I found CashPlus, they opened in 10 minutes and sent the card as soon as I applied. I have still been working with them and will stay with them. They provide me me the best banking experience as it is pretty straight forward to use and keep track of your money. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
