Excellent customer caring and listening bank

Based on my experience since becoming a Cashplus customer in 2018, I have found the customer service to have improved dramatically, from use of online banking services, financial concerns and technical issues, the customer service agents have been dedicated and professional and have delivered excellent outcomes.
