Having been with Cashplus for a few years, I have come to find that in dealing with Cashplus that they are transparent and hide nothing when it comes to customer service and resolving issues that crop up from time to time. The bank has been openly honest with its transition to banking status and this can only be viewed as a positive step going forward.
